The contact owns a 2009 Chevrolet Equinox. The contact stated that three of the four tire pressure monitors/valves malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. When the failure occurred, the tires would instantly become flat. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but the cause of the failures was not determined. The manufacturer was notified.
