Impala 3.4L

  • Automatic transmission

This is a significant safety issue. I have noticed the horm wouldn't work initially when I tried to lock the car with the remote. Sometimes it would beep and sometimes it would not. I assumed the battery in the remote was wearing down. It is not. How often does anyone honk the horn? Not often. Yesterday, a semi was attempting to change lanes and didn't see me in the right lane next to him. I tried to honk but couldn't. He nearly hit me all along the drivers side of my car. I felt totally helpless. I was lucky he missed me by mere inches.

Impala 3.4L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 45,000 miles

I drove through some water and the horn started sounding funny, then during the next week it completely quit working. Had it not been covered under our extended warranty, it would have cost almost $300 to get fixed.

THE horn stopped working 3 times, I have pursued a lemon law case for that issue plus several others. Chevy is hardly on the list of favorite cars for me. if you are having problems with any Chevy vehicle i recommend if you can give it back, run to court!!
