Impala LX 3.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 14,287 miles

Advised dealership of clunking noise in front end of vehicle. Dealership also noticed the tires were wearing slightly cupped on the inside edge. Dealership replaced two front tires. They had sublet the tire replacement to Raben Tire without my approval further exposing my liability insurance.

My 2010 Chevy Impala started to Creak at low speeds, under 30 mph. It sounds like the front suspension. (Creaking or Knocking sound) I'm taking to the dealer this week. I'll do an update after that.

Impala LTZ 3.9L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 19,000 miles

Every time I accelerate or make a turn and accelerate out of it..the front and rear suspension creak or crack.....i took it to two dealers..one said there is nothing wrong...BS. The one where i bought it from which is 62 miles away from my house they told me there was a head shield loose...plus they gave me my car back dirty on the inside (Neutral Leather so you see everything) took me two hours to clean that...o ya...the noise is still there
