Middle row seat belt and fron T passenger seat belt aren't retracting, and won't pull out in order for occupants to use the seat belts. Dealer can'rt determine the cause of the problem.

Rear passenger's seat belt will not retract, causing seat belt to be inoperative. Dealer notified and refused to repair because owner did not buy the car from them. Owner obtained the necessary parts and repaired himself, cost of parts reimbursed by Chevrolet.
