Vehicle's blinkers do not work. The driver's side power window intermittently failed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who installed a new switch for the blinkers. The technician told the consumer that there was a recall on other GM vehicles for the same problem. The technician checked the vehicle's VIN and indicated that the vehicle was not included. The consumer wants T be reimbursed for the replaced switch.
