air bag deployed while car sitting still

When I took it to the dealership Sandy Sansing Chevrolete they did an investigation and determined that nothing happended the air bag just went off on its own. They would not give me a copy of the investion and told me that there is nothing they can do ( For Free) The estimate i received was for 1700+ to fix a sensor and the seat belts that locked up and had to be cut in order to drive my car. Also the whole two weeks they investigated the problem I had to pay for a rental . They said if it came back their fault then they would reimburse me. So you know it was my fault because apparently driving a car I should assume that air bags just deploy on their own. I could have died and so could my daughter who was also in the car if i were in moving traffic.
