BRAND NEW 2017 Chevy Malibu catches fire 3 months in. GM does investigation after I called to complain and they were unable to determine the cause and said my warranty does not cover it. It is a brand new car this should be illegal!

My car burned to a shell after being parked for 2 hours. Fire Dept said it started under passenger side of hood. I was asleep inside. I need to know if I should hire a lawyer.
