Malibu LE 1.5L

It is scary when the steering locks up on you on you are trying to park. In the morning when I was going to work it did the same thing.

I am getting scared of an accident if it locks up when I'm driving. Hopefully I'm the only one but I have seen other complaints with other model years.

Can this be a recall?
