Steering has had vibration in it since I purchased the car. Now the steering won't steer unless the engine is accelarated. The engine keeps backfiring and cutting out. This is a 2000 Monte Carlo ss. This is the worst vehicle I have ever owned. I will never buy another GM product again. I am buying a Toyota.
