While driving at 15 mph and applying brakes all four wheels locked up, causing consumer to rear end another vehicle. Manufacturer is aware of problem.

Truck does't want to start, it backfires, engine pulls down before starting, power to radio is disrupted, causing radio to reset. Paint starting to crack on hood and roof. Braking system for ABS makes a loud noise when pushed had to floor. Radio only plays tapes though one side of speakers.
