problem #1

Sep 132014

Silverado 1500 LT V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 7 miles

I bought the Truck in Sept 2014, during test drive felt a small vibration in truck. Salesman stated its was just a tire, they would fix it no problem. I took the truck back the next day to get the Vibration fixed, they did a Road Force Balance on Tires. Did not fix the problem. They told me to drive the truck until it had 5000 miles on it, maybe it would work itself out. Well, it did not work out.

So to make a long story a little shorter, my truck has been in the Service Dept of my Dealership seven times and for more than 50 days. I am driving the truck, now it has 22,000 miles, still has a major Vibration and the dealership and GM has said it cannot be fixed unless I put 18" Wheels and Tires on the Truck. Sorry I didn't tell it has 20" Wheels and tires now. What can I do about this, have been getting the run around from GM, they said they would trade my out of the truck but the cost would be 8,000 dollars. Just don't think that's fair if the truck has had the problem from the day I bought it.

Can someone help me with this? Thanks in Advance.
