2015/1500 Silverado: Local Chev dealer was not of any help, 25900KM I was advised that if the KMs were not as high it would have been covered under warranty, 10KM or 25000Km I don't see the difference if it's a faulty window.
The 1-800 customer service was worst did not ask or take any personal info if this was to become a recall.
The garage where I had the glass replaced provided awesome service they informed me that this was not the first vehicle they replaced the rear window in due to the rear window shattering, they have replaced sliding rear windows in Chev & Ford.
