Silverado 2500

  • 80,000 miles
The contact owns a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado. Whenever the contact attempts to use the passenger side seat belt, the belt will not release out of the retractor. This prevents the contact from using the seat belt. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and they stated that the retractor spring needed to be replaced. The contact did not notice any differences in the seat belt prior to the failure. The VIN was unknown. The current and failure mileages were 80,000.
