Passengerside seat belt retracts and locks, the passenger. The belt must be unlatched and refastened. The seat belt does not seem to hold when the brakes are applied very hard. Dealer has no way to check to see if seat belt is operating correctly. I was going to be charged for the replacement of new parts. They don't even know if the part is defective?
