While driving hub caps keep coming off vehicle. It's worse when pulling trailer. Dealer contacted. Consumer states the plastic nuts that hold the hub caps were coming loose.

Consumer was traveling about 50mph on highway and was approaching a dip in the road, went across the dip, and immediately heard a noise coming from left wheel. Vehicle felt like left side went down.he turned steering wheel right, and vehicle didn't turn. Vehicle just locked down in position. Went into a water ditch, hit enbankment, and went up to the enbankment. Wheel lugs, bolt: Nuts came off. There were no injuries. Tie rod on driverside broke.
