Seatback rocks forward for passenger at stops and in stop and go traffic. My concern is in an accident the mechanism will fail allowing the passenger to collaps forward causing further injury.

The consumer was hit from behind by a pick up which was traveling about 55 mph, upon impact the vehicle went 118 feet through a fence, the second third row seats collapsed as they were pushed forward after impact, the passenger seat came off the track completely, the driver and passenger seats also collapsed during impact and the air bags failed to deploy, driver and passenger sustained back and neck injuries. Nlm
