problem #1

Suburban LT V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 37,000 miles

I was driving down the road on a Saturday, when all of a sudden my roof started raining on my passenger! I drove my 2015 Suburban straight to the dealership. They informed me that the On Star Antenna on the roof was leaking! I was out of warranty, having the car for almost two years, but had over 36k miles. Despite the fact that I was just out of warranty, and leaks won't show until rain season hits, they said I had to pay for it. They said they have seen this problem repeatedly at the dealership. I contacted GM about it and they wouldn't do anything!
