While stationary, when opening the automatic rear lift gate, the gate gets to a fully open position and then slammed back closed striking me in the top of my head. This continues to happen wvrytomw the lift gate is opened. Research online makes it appear as though this is a known and continuous issue. No serious injuries were sustained, but somebody could be seriously injured by this issue.

I have just over 84000 miles on my Suburban. I have had to replace the A/C condenser due to failure in a weld and now have to replace all four struts as they have now failed. I also have part of the heated seats not working as well as sensors that need to be "updated" all the time. I find it ridiculous that Chevrolet will not stand behind its product, especially when so many people are having issues with the same parts of the vehicle.

Water is leaking into roof mounted antenna and is preventing onstar system to determine location of vehicle by disabling compass, xm radio system, navigation. A red X appears under the gps symbol in the display unit when the vehicle is on, moving, and stationary. If you lift on the sharkfin roof antenna over the driver's seat water runs out. This is identical to the problems in NHTSA id number: 10058785; however GM tells me that my vehicle VIN is not covered under that issue id.

Air conditioner went out unexpectedly this week. Front seat usb charging ports went out as well. A few days later I attempted to stop the car by breaking but the brakes would not engage. The pedal felt very hard as if pressure was acting against the cars ability to brake and stop. I had to push down with all my force to keep the car from crashing into another car on 1-95 in Florida. This occurred on November 21st. I was able to manage to get the car back home after traveling for the holiday but the brake failure occurred a dozen more times on both the interstate, surface roads and parking lots by the time we got the car home. The brake assist notification also showed up on the display panel. My family could have been seriously injured or killed! this car is only 3 years old and is not driven that frequently. No reason I should be having these issues. Dealer thinks it is the vacuum pump. Having diagnosed.

The paint (black) on the roof cracked and turned white like spider webbing. Chevrolet pointed the roof I had to part 65 % and they paid the rest. Now the same thing is happening on the hood. I was told its because of the sun and heat. I don't believe so, because the rest if the vehicle sits in the sun daily and the paint is fine. The vehicle is garage kept at night. I have a 2013 F-150 that sits in the sun all day and in not garage kept and the paint is still like new. There has to be something wrong with the paint or prep job was not done properly.

While driving @65 mph on a four lane highway, grassy median between the North and South lanes, no other car around me, I heard a loud pop and crash. I thought my car had been shot or a window had been blown out. I saw nothing when I looked around the car. Then I heard wind and realized that my sunroof window had exploded. Scared me to death, luckily my inside sunroof panel was closed so no glass entered the car. I am certain that nothing hit the roof and cracked the window. It exploded on its own. When I stopped, it looked as if the window had bubble up and burst, as you can see in my picture, it looks as if it bubbled up and burst.

All of the window pillars have broken and/or come loose, dues to a manufacturing problem with the clips used. The roof rack rail also flies up while your driving and smacks the roof because of the faulty clips. I also noticed a water leak on the headliner (see attached picture) after it had rained one day. My Suburban was parked outside and I noticed the leak when I got into the car. My seat belts were also wet from the leak. This seems to be a common occurrence and issue with other 2015 Suburban owners and is a safety hazard, especially if the wiring sits in the water. I had taken it in to a Chevy dealer to get it checked out, but I will have to pay to replace everything needed. If these issues are manufacturing errors and such a common occurrence, why should I have to pay to fix them" and more importantly, why is there no recall on them"

Just a week ago we started experiencing problems with the brakes on our 2015 Chevrolet Suburban and now today the air conditioner stopped working. I'm a mother of three, one of them just turned one year old; we love in miami, fl, where air conditioner is not a luxury but a necessity. We changed from an eupean SUV to an american SUV that is just two years old, I don't understand how can it be having several issues. Chevrolet needs to be held accountable for these reoccurring issues affecting numerous consumers.

The air conditioner stopped blowing cold air and upon review by the dealer the condenser needs to be replaced. How does a vehicle that is only 2 yrs old and never been in an accident have a hole in the condenser? this is ridiculous and is very dangerous during periods of extreme heat. I purchased a newer vehicle to avoid issues and repairs such as this. The ac does not work whether the car is in motion or stationary.

The air conditioner went out on my Suburban in early June. I am still waiting for the part that is on back order. It gets very hot in the summer in my state and is concerning to me and my children. When we are stopped in traffic it is horrible. We can't take our dogs with us because it is too hot for them.

I'm a frustrated customer with a 2015 Chevy Suburban looking for some assistance with the air condenser on my vehicle. I have gone almost 2.5 months without A/C and I am incredibly disappointed to be have been going so long without something as basic as A/C. I have 3 small children and it's incredibly uncomfortable in the vehicle now that it's summer temperatures especially with black leather interior. On an unexpectedly cool day like today with outdoor temps at 67 the driverside foot area is 98 degrees because of hot air blowing which I assume comes from the engine. I shut off all the vents and fans and it still blows. On days when it's warmer that floor temp is more like 114-118 degrees and it's causing pain and burning sensation to my feet. I've contacted my dealership and they offered me to end my lease early and get into a new Suburban. I've been so disappointed with the way this has been handled. I have never been so unsatisfied as customer for such a long period of time. I feel like I should be reimbursed for the two visits for diagnostics on the vehicle to find out why the A/C wasn't working and the rental car I needed. I also feel like I shouldn't have to be paying my lease payments for a faulty vehicle for the last few months that it hasn't been functioning properly. Lastly, I would like the option of ending my lease early without penalty to get into a more comfortable vehicle of my choice. I've contacted GM customer service only to be told there's nothing they can do unless GM decides that this should be a recall. Frankly, this is a problem amongst many vehicles in the GM line. This is frustrating and is really becoming a safety issue as temperatures rise. I am genuinely concerned for my family's safety and I am frustrated with the overall lack of urgency on this issue.

A/C stopped cooling. Repair shop identified it as a leaking condenser. Repair shop was unsuccessful in finding replacement part at local auto parts dealers (e.g., advanced auto, etc.) and was told that local Chevy dealership had purchased entire stock of respective A/C condensers and that parts were backordered. After calling local Chevy dealer, they were familiar with issue and said they "wouldn't be surprised if there was a recall" because they were seeing a lot of these issues. When I took the car to get repaired the service rep said, "I hope customers are reimbursed for these repairs." There seems to be a systemic problem with these condensers and Chevy is aware of it, at least their service departments are. I would appreciate a recall being issued and reimbursement of my $942.63.

At 48,000 miles, the ac condenser has cracked, and the dealer has told us this is a manufacturer's problem. The replacement part is on national backorder, and we have waited 5 weeks for the replacement part to come in. Niether the dealer or GM can tell us when the replacement part will arrive. I have filed a complaint with GM, and the case no. Is 8-3029151511.

Bought a used 2015 Suburban noticed a vibration you can hear and feel between 40-60 mph. Tried to get it fixed but no one knows what is causing it on 4th visit to get it fixed right now have had it for 3 weeks tried to get dealer to take it back and they refused after fixing brake rotors. It is also having problems downshifting. Randomly. Will downshift while maintaining speeds of 50-55 mph to 38 with no warning will make grinding noises and am unable to steer or break. Afraid my family is going to get rear ended while it's happening. Can't accelerate or do anything while it's happening. Do not feel safe driving my family in this car but it's what we have...
