premature tire wear premature tire wear

My suburban came with cross contact lx20 tires eco plus rated 70k.

After about 35k I noticed my tires were really worn down and was in need of new tires. I spoke to the dealership Paul Masse service dept. which I had purchased the vehicle in July 2015, and they said because my last oil change was not done there they had no record of a tire rotation, which led to the premature wearing. Completely bull!!! I called continental in NC they wiped their hands clean and said they do not warranty tires that are sold through new vehicle purchases. These tires are absolutely garbage. I have partners which had purchased similar vehicle to mine that have tires in excellent condition with same or more mileage than my vehicle. I have MICH DEFENDERS they I had just put on today to replace the crap tires that came with the vehicle.
