Tahoe 4WD 8-cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 56,000 miles
The ABS pump / valve system completely failed on my 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe, rendering my ABS system useless. My vehicle has 56,000 miles and is in other wise very good condition. The replacement cost me slightly over $1000. As the braking system is a safety system, shouldn't this be covered by GM?
