Air conditioner stopped working at 45,000 miles on 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. The dealership recharged the A/C unit and refilled the freon. I paid $200 and after 3 days the air conditioner stopped working again. I have to take it back for a second repair. This should be a recall the HVAC should not stop working after 45,000 miles

Took my vehicle to the dealership because the onstar light would switch between green and red, and my compass no longer works. Was told at the dealership that my high-frequency antenna was out due to outside water intrusion (ex. Rain, snow, carwashes...) when you go online there are pages and pages of people with the same problem. With this problem your onstar, navigation, compass, and xm radio may have problems. My safety concern with this is the fact that people pay for onstar services and with the GM defect which was acknowledged with certain VIN numbers but not all having the same issue is that if I am in an accident or an area where cell service is not available I will not be able to receive the help I need for services I am paying for due to an issue in manufacturing. GM issued a customer satisfaction program where they fixed this issues in vins they found to be affected; I believe they should be repairing all vehicles that are having the same exact issue. As of now, onstar cannot locate my vehicle and if I were in danger they would not able to respond to me nor my family.

I been having my truck for 2 years and brakes keep going out and the air condition keeps going out. I have two friends the same vehicle with the same problems. This is ridiculous I see no recalls on that. And I've seen on the reviews of this vehicle and its not just me there's people out there with the same problem that I am having. This could cause a really bad accident the brakes keep going out I am not the only one with this problem. Please take in consideration that everyone has families. And accidents could cause us to lose our family just for a simple brakes that have not been recalled. And also, we just cannot keep affording to fix the air conditioning this truck is not even old enough to be giving us these problem. Thank you

I own a 2015 Chevy Tahoe lt 2wd. I noticed the ac was not blowing as cool as it normally does, then I started to notice a loud hissing noise in the cabin whenever the ac was turned on. Took the SUV to the dealership and was told the condenser had a pin hole leak and it couldn't be repaired, the whole condenser had to be replaced. I was quoted over 1K for the repair because of the difficulty in accessing the part in the engine bay. I was told the whole front bumper and the front side body panel had to be removed in order to replace the condenser. I looked the oem part up online and it had a price of $140-$210. The SUV just passed 50,000 miles, no accidents or other previous issues.

A/C condensor: Crack in condenser that caused refrigerant to leak out. A/C stopped cooling and was making a hissing sound when on. Had to have entire condenser replaced because leak was in a location that could not be repaired. I know this is a common problem and has been recalled on some VIN's for the very same make, model, etc., but my particular VIN has not received the recall notice.

I have had this vehicle since June 2015 and had the Tahoe with autonation Chevy on several occassions. At one point it was there for almost 3 months. The front of the vehicle shakes at 77 mph on the highway. The entire front end shakes. They have changed the motor mounts, rear tires and they have aligned vehicle. They have found nothing. They offered to do a buy back but of course with a loss to me and I feel this is not my problem. I did not build the vehicle. Now after to speaking to the new service manager at my dealership they say there is an engineering defect. Please fix it is all I ask of Chevy. Can you please help"?"

My wife's 2015 Tahoe hydroplaned slid backwards into the median, hit a guard rail and rolled 3 times. All side curtain airbags deployed but not the front airbags. This was on 8/4/2017. Then 2 weeks later we received a recall letter for the SDM software which controls the frontal airbags and seatbelt pretensioners.

My A/C condenser went out on July 21, 2017 while I was driving it. My 2015 Tahoe ltz only has 21,000 miles on it. It's covered under warranty, but I've been given no estimate on the part delivery. Driving a courtesy vehicle, Chevy Malibu, for the foreseeable future. This should be a recall. I was told by GM that this is not a widespread issue. I've read otherwise.

A/C rear went out. $1100 to replace. Decided to disconnect rear A/C (cost $498) until a recall could be established and attend to common problem with 2015-2016 Tahoe. Chicago (nbc channel 5) news ran an investigatory news story on a nation-wide problem with A/C on GM 2015-2016 Tahoe. GM was contacted and agreed to look into "complaint" no recall yet....?!

There is a known problem with the A/C condenser in the Chevrolet Tahoe 2015. The ac will just stop working and blow hot air. They have had this problem with a leaking condenser for quite some time but have not issued a recall. The wait to get the part is 8-12 weeks which makes the cars unusable in the summer months. The cost for repair is $1200. They know this is a problem yet they continue to sell their used Tahoe with these faulty condensers. I believe is this is fraudulent. I am still waiting to get mine fixed. They redesigned the part to fix the problem but the backlog is so long and they are using them to manufacturer their new cars versus servicing their existing client base. If you google it, you will find crazy stories of people trying to get this problem fixed for months and dealing with no ac in states with high temperatures such as Texas and Nevada. I believe they use these in their 2015 Silverado and 2015 Suburban. Calls to corporate Chevy did nothing to help. He just told me he handles these calls all day long for ac issues. I would happily join a class action law suit to push them to do the right thing.

My A/C condenser stopped working on 07/03/2017. I took my truck in to the dealer where I leased the truck, auto nation of pembroke pines, fl. I was promised the part will be in 3-7 days, it is now 3 weeks, I have spoken to upper level management and I called the manufacture GM. I must say, customer service has been pissed poor. I never received a call from senior management at GM. I was told by my senior advisor at the dealer that the condenser was shipped but it is only available to law enforcement officers. This is a truck I only had for two years. I just found out the 2015 Tahoe is the worse model year with complaints. I am very disappointed with GM.

2015 Chevy Tahoe ltz: Condenser and compressor went out stopping any cool or cold air flow in middle of a June. Must order parts directly from GMC. Parts estimate $3,500+ labor estimate $780. What's wrong with this picture? it's a leased vehicle. Chevrolet won't cover. Same 2015 Chevy Tahoe- at 111K, 4,5, and 6 gear failed. Transmission failed going up hill with my 2 year old in the vehicle! Chevy only covered a portion leaving me a $2K bill in April 2017. June 2016- I had taken my Tahoe (leased) only to one dealership when needing any maintenance. My records show I started complaining about sunroof bellows at 20K miles and the appliqus on both driver and passenger side doors. June @68K miles I had to replace sunroof, dvd player, bellows, and internal wiring. Also, drivers side strut. I spent over 2K on my Tahoe, only to notice the dvd player is not working.... again.
