Twice in the past week, the vehicle has had some sort of issue where it shuts off the stabilitrak system, the traction control system and also triggers the brake alarm and says service brake system. There has not been any noticeable change in the performance of the vehicle and after shutting it off for awhile and restarting it, the issue is resolved. The incidences have occurred on city streets at relatively low speeds and shortly after the vehicle has been started for the first time that day after sitting all night.

There have been so many things wrong with car since we bought brand new in 2010 from the complete fuel system replaced to 3 entire brakes replaced, to transmission slipping, to tracktion stilbility control lights failing, to power steering pump, to faulty control box issues, replacement of window shield wiper motor, air conditioning/heating module. Most of this under warranity or not covered still at all in first 4 years of owning this car. Its literally a pile of junk. So many safety issues that GM wont list as a recall. People have been killed but still fail do anything. The dealer ship here in waldorf md, to conceal what they did lately to my car in damaging the front shocks and struts wouldnt even get on the phone with a conference call with me instead refused to talk to me and also ban me from the dealership which leads to more suspicion that they are hiding the truth that they did something to damage my car. This is the only dealer in town too. This isn't the first complaint. Dont buy this car. Nothing but problems, a lemon.

While driving to work, I start hearing dings. I look at the dash and it tells me that my traction is off, to check my stabilitrack, and also the brake was on. Then all of the lights turned back off except the traction light. Now it feels as though my vehicle is being pulled backwards as I try to drive. Definitely a loss of power.

This vehicle was purchased today 04/21/2017 and I noticed that it is accelerating and decelerating itself. When I told the dealer they told me that since I drove it just 3 hours it is my own problem to own. Now am afraid to drive it as it may go over the uncontrollable speed or stop in the middle of the highway causing disasters.

The current mileage on my 2010 Traverse is 74K... driving down the highway at 60mph all of a sudden the traction stabilizer control/ABS lights come on the dashboard and the car started decelerating, down to 45 mph and more. While the gas petal was being pressed no acceleration would happen. Went to pull off to the side of the road to get out of harms way, and all of a sudden the acceleration came back. The remainder of my drive the traction stablizer control/ABS stayed on with no other acceleration problems, until I arrived to work. When backing out of a parking space the vehicle would not go in reverse, while giving it gas in reverse the vehicle continued to go forward. Put in park, waiting, then tried it again. The traction stabilizer control/ABS lights went off and I was able to reverse just fine. Over the pas few months the vehicle has experienced only with the traction stabilizer/ABS light indicators no other problems. We had taken it to the dealership and they find no codes. Could it be the sensor or now could it be the throttle body??

I purchased this vehicle as a GM certified used vehicle in late December 2010. Nov26'11 @ 37,395 miles the front brake pads were replaced and the front brake rotors were resurfaced. In May 2012, I was rear ended at stop light and a couple of days later, I started experiencing shaking when applying the brakes and was told it was a maintenance issue when taken in for repair. Jun15'12 the front brake rotors were replaced. Nov30'12 vehicle taken in for service once more with same complaint of shaking when applying brakes or when coasting - front disc brake pads were replaced and front brake rotors were resurfaced. It is now may'13 (52K mi) and I am experiencing the same issues once more, however the shaking is much worse to the point it feels as if the front wheels will come off while braking. I contacted dealer to get service history, and found that this issue was present before I purchased the car.
