On the way home from the dealership with my brand new van, we noticed a significant pulling and vibration while driving at highway speeds. This van is the AWD version and the service manager is trying to tell me that the vibration/shaking is characteristic of the AWD van. We have had 3 sets of tires put on this van in the first 10 months of ownership and the problem has not been resolved. We are currently proceeding under lemon law for this van. I don't feel that I should have paid over $30,000 for a van and have my arms shake when I drive. My 1/2 ton pick-up truck rides smoother than this!
