Uplander LS 3.5L V6

The lights flicker on and off and then the turn signals work only if my headlights are off and no mechanic knew how to fix it.

It is damn scary driving along in the darkness and the lights go out for a split second. Since I got the vehicle used a year ago I have had to replace almost every bulb in the vehicle including headlamps due to them burning out. Now my tail light on the drivers side has a short in it and when I went to replace it the bulb socket looks like a charred piece of BBQ. I worry of having to deal with an electrical fire with my who family in the van. GM needs to recall or does someone have to die in order for them to do anything. Hey we, the people bailed them out during the financial crisis, why don't they bail those who are barely getting by.
