Summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician to aid in diagnosing a concern of one or all of the following concerns. The customer may state that the reverse lamps are inoperative, the review back up camera is inoperative, and the dome lights are inoperative. Technician may find diagnostic trouble code B2615 set in the Body Control Module. Upon inspection it might be found that the F7DR 7.5 amp fuse is open in the right instrument panel fuse box. After initial inspection a concern can?t be found inspect circuit 6815 going to the drivers and passengers sun visor. It might be required to lower the front part of the headliner to perform the inspection. If a wiring concern is not found move each sun visor up and down and front to back to see if the fuse opens. If the fuse opens replace the sun visor that was being moved when the fuse opened.
