I bought a car with a horn and now it doesn't work (and sporadic electric issues) preventing me from getting an inspection sticker. To fix it will cost me over $500 for the part and labor, according to the mechanic and local dealer. (a local mechanic diagnosed a faulty clock spring) FOR A HORN!!!! I can't afford that and will have to drive with a Rejected sticker hoping a recall occurs. From research I'm doing, that hope isn't unfounded as Dodge/Chrysler recalled cars from 2008-2010 for the same issue.
