problem #1

The rear window deck had molded pins in the bottom that hold stiffener bars in place. The flexing of the deck during the convertible operation has caused the pins to break off and the stiffener bars to drop and bang in to each other. Sounds like tin cans rolling around in the trunk. Without the stiffeners in place the deck bounces up and down when driving down the road. I purchased the extended warranty and guess what?!?! It's not a covered part!. My dealer told me to go to Chrysler directly and see what they would do. Guess what!??! Nothing! So I am left with a $650 fix out of pocket because they won't stand behind a bad design.

I was warned about buying a Chrysler. Should have listened. This is the 4th time in two years that an issue "wasn't covered under the warranty". Sure glad I shelled out the buck for that!
