I purchased a used 2011 Chrysler 200 and not only have a problem with the radio, but the U Connect will not work. After making 12 - 15 attempts I am able to get it to connect, but when the ignition is turned off and turned back on again U Connect doesn't work. I am having a intermittent issue with the radio not working and don't know if they are related. Has anyone had this issue and what did you do.
