200 Limited Type S V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 4,000 miles

Since the first oil change and tire rotation of this car, we have had vibrations at highway speeds. Every time the dealership tried to road-force balance the tires there has been minimal improvements. We have been in the shop over 14 times for the same issue, they have replaced the tires twice! Luckily they have taken care of much of the cost including most of the rental charges. But I have wasted easily 150 hours of my life thus far going to and from the shop.
