200 Sedan V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 9,889 miles

Had a wreck. Axle broke due to emergency brake because of defect, I had injuries. Had to have a wrecker tow it because roadside assistance didn't. Come to get my car, the Sheriffs department took it to the city pound. It took me awhile to locate. It cost so then I had to pay $467 to get it out so I could get it to the dealership. They said they would reimburse me, but never did. They refused to cover me as was said at the time of purchase. The car is still under warranty. It only has 9890 miles. I need help, and have no car to drive. They promised me at the time of purchase that if " I HAD AN ACCIDENT IN IT, THEY WOULD GIVE ME ANOTHER CAR TO DRIVE OR REPLACE IT!" I've contacted several attorneys to no avail.
