200 Limited

  • Automatic transmission
  • 800 miles

I was sitting in a parking lot waiting for my son and I turned the radio off. All of sudden i hear this sound of a helicopter. I was looking outside for it but didn't see anything, It didn't seem to go away so I turned off the heater and low and behold it was my brand new car. I have reported it to the dealer, they seem to think it's no big deal but I think I got a lemon. This is the 3rd thing to go wrong in under 1000 miles. They decided they could just look at it in 2 1/2 weeks when they try to fix the other issue. They have no idea what's wrong with it but they claim it's safe to drive! How do they know?! they've never even seen it. Oh well I hope the transmission or the engine fall right to the ground so i can get my $ back and buy a Chevy. Never buying Chrysler again!

Update from Mar 28, 2016: Replaced the transmission (Transaxle I think they called it) but the noise is now louder. Taking it back in again.
