I had an iPhone charging through the USB port using an apple charging cord. I accidentally pull the phone from the charger and the entire dash and radio went blank. I was driving and the car did not stall, however the dash restarted as though I just started the car. The radio did the same and went through the normal U-Connect start up screen.
Update from Mar 28, 2016: took a video of the mute button getting stuck - they can't duplicate the issue so no repairs done yet
