As I drove the vehicle off the lot located in modesto, ca I drove to my home address which is located in antioch, ca. On my way home the car started jerking when I notified the dealership they said they will fix it and to drop it back off. They had the vehicle for 7 days and did not fix a thing because the vehicle cuts off any power and gas control on the freeway.

When decelerating at either a red light or to turn, car will completely shut off with no warnings or check engine lights. This started almost a month ago. Then today everything locked up. All electrical lights came on along with the check engine light. There was no power when trying to get the vehicle back home. It should have been towed.

The car has to much torque that the vehicle slides and loses control and almost caused an accident. The steering is to lose when I turn it moves to quick and the movement of the vehicle can't catch up.

Ive had a Chrysler before. I suspected the newer model to be improved... unfortunately for me its jerking like the older model after having tune ups done twice. Also its going dead when I turn left and giving me a message (performance shift disabled) to put it in park and turn it back on. The bad part is im always entering an busy interstate. Its been doing this now for two weeks. The jerking of the vehicle is way to familiar to me. My last Chrysler once it started it got worst and worst as was unable to drive then I found out about the recall on the vehicle.

My car is struggling with starting. Multiple times it has left me stranded. First trip to dealership, they stated it needed a computer update. The problem got worse after the computer update and begin happening more and more often. Gives me a "service transmission" message. It's only at 67,000 miles and I havent owned it a year. Very frustrated. It is going back to the dealership tomorrow!

Car keep stalling out

A couple weeks ago, I was at stop light my car stalled, I put in park it restarted. I couldn't put on my hazards or anything to warn the car behind. It happened again on this Saturday on the highway in the fast lane the dashboard was blank, the radio stopped playing, so merged in the slow lane without using the brake then everything came back on the speed gauge was trying to get my current speed. It doesn't happen all the time but it's scary feeling because everything on dashboard is computerized.

Tamara recall I was hit in the front and side drivers and not one of my air bags went off from the impact. I was forced by the other car into a curb. Lights would flicker constantly even after battery was changed twice. From the cause of the accident I have had major injuries sustained.

The car first started off with the screen turning on and off while driving..we didn't think much of it however a few month ago the car began to turn off in the midst of driving. Before turing off the car would begin to yank as if resisting. We proceeded with purchasing a new battery. That was 4 month ago. We are now here 12/2018 and the car has once again started to yank while driving, turn off when going 10-40 mph and now has the check engine, traction and voltage light flashing. Once it is turned off and turned back on after a few mins. It's as if nothing ever happened. All this happened while driving in city street and turning.

Driving from school car stalled in the middle of interstate. Car read put car.in P..after doing so it would not start up...after a few min I had to hold the start button to start it with foot on brake...I pulled off again and when I stopped it killed again with traffic passing me doing 80 mph..I was so scared with my toddler in the vehicle. Drove home no problem..next day same thing stalled.in the middle of the highway! somebody help us.Chrysler is gonna get some one killed. Has been doing this everyday..I hear many complaints of this and Chrysler does nothing

The contact owns a 2016 Chrysler 200. While driving various speeds, the electronic stability control warning indicator suddenly illuminated. When the failure occurred while making a right turn, the steering wheel would erroneously turn to the left. The contact also mentioned that the failure occurred when making a left turn. The failure was not diagnosed or repaired. The local dealer (gettel Chrysler, 2323 tamiami trail, punta gorda, fl 33950) was notified of the failures. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 29,530.

When vehicle need small maintenance such as oil change or system update, vehicle electric (computer system) shuts down not allowing driver to even turn on hazards on. Vehicle has to towed to shop.

Bought new still under bumper to bumper warranty at about 24000 miles while driving the car entering the highway from the access road at approximately 37mph my vehicle just shut off almost as if had rebooted like a computer the wheel did not lock up first warning light read "airbag failure" then right after my parking/emergency brake light came on then tire pressure all while my shift knob flashed "P" if it wasn't a backup on the highway I would have been hit and caused a major pile up luckily I was able to engage the hazards and drift one lane over to the break down lane with no power to the brakes I had to press harder as I made it over to the side all of those lights went off, I was able to restart the car and then the engine light came on before I made it to my appointment at the dealer the engine light had gone off too. They could not recreate nor can tell me for sure what caused the failure

Purchased my car new iit has been about 8 months while entering they highway the car completely shut off on me as the gear panel flashed P first an airbag failure light came on then emergency brake light then tire pressure the wheel did not lock up I was able to coast over to the side of the highway because there was heavy traffic which is likely what saved me from being hit all warning lights went off after 30 seconds expect now the engine light was on I was able to start the car again and go home I have since taken the car in and they could not find nor repeat the problem at the dealer if it wasn't for heavy highway traffic I would have been injured or died
