I've had the car (Brand new) 25 miles on it when I purchased it 10/22/16. 4 times in as many weeks when I've put the car in reverse and then drive to move forward the emergency brake has engaged by itself. Took it to the deal and they can't get it to do it so they say there is not much they can do unless it does it while they have it.
