Car is stalling while making turns. There is no indication, no warning lights on the dashboard. There is a warning advisory that the safety passenger bag is not working

Car stalls loses power dies in the middle of intersections and busy highways has very high oil consumption no low oil indicator light has ever been displayed I have almost lost my life my children's lives even my family and friends lives due to this issue it's also causing me lots of extra expenses which might I say have gotten very expensive time after time again replacing the burnt oil all the time tow truck fees mechanic fees hotel fees part fees rental car fees all because the manufacturer of this vehicle could care less the safety of the people should always be more important than anything else point blank.

Engine stated overheating. Sometimes will not start and acts as if it will shut off while driving. I was told the active grille shutter failed on the car and have only had it for 3 yrs. I see a lot of review on these parts failing meaning they were made poorly. You don't know if the vehicle is going to cut off on you while your driving due to the air not being filtered to the engine. I feel like this is a safety hazard and should not have failed this fast.

On my way home the car started jerking when I notified the dealership they said they will fix it and to drop it back off. They had the vehicle for 7 days and did not fix a thing because the vehicle cuts off any power and gas control on the freeway.

I have been informed that I need engine and transmission mounts due to jerkiness in car. I have also had issues with the car shutting off at lights, or any driving situation where I may be at standstill waiting to proceed. Ex: traffic clearing or waiting for parking space. At times it take 3-4 tries before it restarts and there is no warning that it is going to cut off. Lastly, the electrical systems inside car are unstable. The air bag light goes on and off, the bluetooth connection for phone isn't always reliable. Overall I am disappointed and wish I was in position to trade it in. Please encourage people to note issues they are having as well.

I bought my car in September 2019 around 25000 miles. In October the service airbag light came on. I took it to Chrysler and Jeep who charged over $3300 to fix. They said they talked to Chrysler who would cover $3000 and I had to pay the $300. I did that and the light is back on. It pops up ever couple minutes while I'm driving and it doesn't matter if I'm going 15 mph or 60 mph.

Cars tipn needs replaced after 35,000 miles. Car initially set all dash lights off, one front and one rear led light remained on even after key was taken out and never went out leading to dead battery. The car died on me while driving it about 20mph as I was attempting to pull out onto roadway causing near accident. Been without a car for last 3 weeks while trying to get diagnosis and repair. Total cost from going to several repair shops to get diagnosis and part to replace it is estimated to cost $1500-2000 which I cant afford. I am making payments on a car that I cant even drive. I am a college student and this was my first purchase of a car with my own money. This part needs to be recalled. I have read multiple complaints with the same issue. One Chrysler repair shop made comment that he was surprised they havent had a recall on that part due to all the ones he has seen needing replaced. This needs to be fixed and Chrysler needs to be accountable.

All electrical lights came on along with the check engine light. There was no power when trying to get the vehicle back home. It should have been towed.

Vehicle went in for an airbag light twice right before the extended warranty expired at 75K miles. The dealership claims to have replaced a wiring harness under the passenger seat both times. Just slightly over 75K miles, the light came on again. This time they advised the whole wiring system needs replaced and that it won't be covered. Got in touch with Chrysler directly who stated they are willing to only pay for the $1200+ part but that I would be responsible for approximately $400 in labor. Vehicle was in motion each time the light came on. Typically when encountering a slight bump on the interstate. Safford Jeep Chrysler Ram in winchester va is the dealership the vehicle was purchased new and continued service at the same location. The vehicle has been in for 2 weeks now and currently there at this time. According to a brief internet search, this seems to be a common complaint yet no recalls have been issued. If this can be settled in any manner, I respectfully request that Chrysler provide a refund for what I'm about to pay to get my vehicle back up and running.

I am asking you to issue a safety recall on my vehicle. You investigated the 2015 model for the same issue and it was recalled as a result. The 2016 is just as dangerous. Is there a reason why the lives of people who drive 2015 models are more valuable than mine or my children? it turns off while driving with no warning and leaves me in the middle of intersections! the steering cuts off too. I have to first struggle to control the steering, shift into park, push start, and wait, while I brace myself for the impact that is about to shatter my spine or kill my children! it began as soon as I hit 60K miles a few weeks ago and happens every time I drive it. It happens mostly when I am turning, sometimes when braking for a light, and sometimes it doesn't actually turn off, it just seems like it is suddenly in neutral and makes revving sounds when I hit gas but wont go, that's when message says 'service transmission'. I was making a U turn and almost hit a pole! it may start up with first try, or a few tries. It hasn't happened in high speeds on highway but that may be because I am too afraid to go that route anymore. Obviously this is a manufacturing defect. I paid cash for this vehicle and should not have to pay a penny to fix this, but if I or mine are injured I will spend every cent I have on a lawsuit. Thank you for your understanding in this extremely important matter.

As I was driving I started to smell something burning one of my children began to cough as I looked back at him and then out the windshield again I seen smoke coming from the hood area so I immediately pulled off the rode and got both of my children out of the car as we moved away from the car the smoke began to get thicker and the next thing that happened was my car was up in flames. My 200 vehicle showed an air bag light 6 months after purchase, about may, 2016. Then the vehicle was not recalled so I ignored it. The oil change at the dealer after may, 2016 date failed to address the light. It remains on to this date. Repair on tire that showed a light was refused on June 7, 2017. This tire light remains a problem. Now, the vehicle will not go uphill without stalling and will not run when it rains. The fuel seems to be blocked because I keep pumping the gas to go uphill after it stalls. The car cuts off when I make left or right turns. Now, I warm the vehicle for 10 minutes to show the engine is ready. The engine light has come on for the past 6 months. I failed emission testing in Sept. 2019. The tune up done this month did not help. The engine light and other matters caused the emission testing to fail. My complaint is directed to the gas problem, air bags, electrical dashboard problem for the past year along with the tire light.

Car has shut off while driving last few mornings. It happened in the exact same spot each morning. As soon as I turned onto a road, going 20-30 mph, the car just stalls, says "place in P to start" and then dies. The gearshift and wheel lock up and you have to turn the car off and attempt to restart. Each time I had to try at least 3 times to get the car restarted. All lights come on dash, battery light included, but had battery checked and it is fine. Trying to restart, it doesn't want to turn over. This has happened with several cars behind me and have almost been rear ended because of it. Taking into dealership tomorrow to see what they're going to do. After reading other stories very similar to mine, I'm not very hopeful.
