Contacted mult dealerships in my area and surrounding with no solution (no parts in house or the ability to receive parts) one year ago. My last attempt was a couple of months ago with the same concern. Contacted the recall safety hotline. The agent called around to assist without solution. I was added to multiple waiting list with out any follow up by mail or phone. I received mult recall notices as late as last week. I was advised a year ago not to drive my care thus sitting in the garage. I then strongly requested a complimentary oil change and wheel repair (flat tire due to sitting for one year) which was granted. I need these recalls to be completed R25 and SS43 rectified so that I can use my care. My car has never been inspected once for this matter in one year since receiving notifications of recalls. Thank you, [xxx] displeased with Chrysler follow up. Information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
