The brakes failed causing my son to crash. There were 2 inspections prior to the brake failure at the dealer.

I have to say this is the worst customer support I have ever seen. I have yelled at the dealer prior to the accident stating the brakes were not right, not to mention the shaking in the front end that was never resolved as well. Something needs to be done before someone dies and chrysler just does not care.

The second time the car was brought into the dealer they stated the rotors were warped this is at 13000 miles. Hard to believe but true. Then while I was in a heated discussion with gary from chrysler he told me that the car had faulty rotors and they would replace the rotors as good faith. Come to find out they only resurfaced the rotors on the car. This tells me that the rotors would do the same thing again. This just put a bandage on the problem. After the work was done car still did the exact same thing as before. I called them to let them know that the problem is still the same. Gary then told my son to drive the car in the shop so they could look at it. This is when the brakes failed and the car went on a death mission slamming into the car infront of him. Thank god he was only doing 25 miles an hour and not on the freeway at 60-65 he would have been dead.

They then looked at the car they say 2 hours on something that almost costed someones life. 2 hours is not enough. Then they want me to pay for the 2 hours of labor. what a joke when they told me to bring the car in to the shop in the first place what a joke. I need help they are bullshiting their way out of this. Who do I call?
