The complaint I have is directly with Chrysler. When I was researching the fuel pump for my car, I came across a recall for this year. I called Chrysler to ask if the recall had been completed and was told that the fuel pump was replaced in 2007, however it was still covered under warranty. So I set up an appointment with the closest Dodge dealership (30 miles away) and had my car towed there for $200 (2 weeks later because that was the soonest the dealership could take it in) only to be told that the fuel pump was NOT recalled in MY car because it was built during the time frame that only the PCM was updated.

So I called Chrysler to confirm this and then complained that had I known that it was only the PCM in my car, I would NOT have spent the money to tow it 30 miles away (nor would I EVER go to a dealer). I would have done it myself or sputtered it 1 mile down the road to a trusted, local mechanic! I have been completely disgusted in this car from the start and now I am completely disgusted with Chrysler!!!
