We have a lower equipped 2017 Pacifica and it had a rear gate beeper failure. Our loaner was a leather version loaded up. The headrests on the leather one were totally different from ours. My guess is that the vendor making the poles for the headrests of ours bent them too far. Chrysler wants $430 to replace their screw up. Everyone who has my version Pacifica must be just ignoring the defect.
