Pacifica Touring 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 40,000 miles

My Chrysler only has 40,000 miles and the steering is sticking when you turn. Chrysler says the steering gear is bad and they want $2700 to fix. I’m retired and can’t afford to have it fixed at this moment this should be a recall cause I read a lot more people with Pacificas have the same problem. I really like the van but not parts they are made from.

Pacifica Limited V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 16,000 miles

Whil driving chrysler pacifica 2017 limited I heard a jerking movement in side the car, then heard serious sounds inside the car. I noticed no connection between steering and steering wheel, the car dragged to the curb and hit the curb and stopped. I noticed front right wheel come out half way, also front wheel moved backwords and hit the fender. I towed the car to chrysler dealer and called chrysler, car was at chrysler dealership for more than 2 months and now declined my claim. Please do not buy chrysler pacifica, it is a huge safety issue
