problem #2

Pacifica Touring - L Plus V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 3,000 miles

Transmission appear slip/ not engage at slow speed, problem is not constant (intermittent).

Have taken van to dealer 5 times with this issue and they can’t find nothing. But, problem continues to occur and I’m now worried as the last time this happened the motor was revving and transmission did not engage for a few seconds.

Based on what I’m reading in the internet, it may be due to a Transmission valve body. But dealer and or Chrysler will not confirm.

Pacifica Limited 3.6L V6 24v Vvt W/Ess

  • Automatic transmission
  • 93 miles

Chrysler has declined to make any effort to satisfy us. We paid over $47,000 for this vehicle and are NOT happy. They have already had this vehicle for 10 days and we are being told that they would have it for at least another 1-2 weeks. 93 miles in two weeks is not what I expected on this large investment! I have documented at least 8-10 hours on the phone trying to get Chrysler to solve this and so far it has all been MY problem. If anyone has any recommendations for me I would truly appreciate your input. I am 71 and my husband is 75. Both my husband and myself are recent heart attack sufferers and the stress is taking its toll on us. We truly feel taken advantage of!
