Accidentally locked my keys in the trunk. When I called my insurance agent she stated it's a law the button is supposed to work to open the trunk. I tore part of my seat trying to get into the trunk. Had to squash my head into area and use a broom handle to reach keys. I'm just glad doors were not locked or I really would have been screwed. After all this, put keys in ignition and pushed button which of course opened the trunk. Chrysler really should do something to correct this problem, as I'm sure I'm not the only one with a faulty button.
