Steering noise is abnormally loud. Authorized service (Chrysler ) has had 5 cracks at trying to fix the problem. Is still under warranty and I have tried to enact the lemon law.Chrysler had their final repair attempt and keep the vehicle for more repairs.

The steering failed to steer the vehicle in one direction. The consumer told by the maintenance inspector that the steering coupler and rack were not properly installed at the factory. This improper installation caused damaged to the rack and coupler.
