The contact owns a 2009 Chrysler Town and country. The contact stated that the turn signal indicator fractured on the front driver and passenger side mirrors. The vehicle was taken to a dealer on three occasions. On the first occasion, the side view mirror assembly was replaced, but the failure recurred with the lens detaching intermittently. The dealer replaced the lens twice. The vehicle was repaired and the manufacturer was notified. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was not available.
