Had vehicle 3 wks,1st problem took it back to dealer in pittsburgh, ks. The sway bar bushing was wore out. 2nd problem was driving down highway, vehicle would not accelerate, stopped moving completely. Took to dealer again. Warranty ran out on transmission at 70,000, there were only 73,000 miles, would fix for 3,200. Took to mechanic, in stockton, mo. Fixed for 1,000. The planetarium weld had busted, he informed me that it is a very common problem. 3rd problem took nephew home when I went to unbuckle his seat beat, the latch and all come up out of seat, , very scary, could have been is accident..had not yet took to dealer. Just happened one day ago.

Consumer stated that while driving in inclement weather, the back end of the vehicle locked up. This almost resulted in a collision. The consumer took vehicle to the dealer and they kept it for approximately 10 days. The dealer told consumer that they put a retainer plate on the vehicle. When this problem happened the second time, the dealer told consumer that they could not reproduce the problem and that this was a seasonal problem which would not happened all the time.
