The driver seatbelt gets really loose and there is no way to get it tightened. I have had to sit on it to make it tight enough around my waist.

Avenger 6-cyl Diesel

Rear seatbelt buckles. The stitching that holds the loops to buckle / clasp disintegrated. My son was buckled in and I had to brake hard. Seatbelt bucket came off clasp / away from vehicle and he hit back seat. Checked other buckles and there were all worn out as well. I have the buckles still / replaced them but don't have pictures handy.
