Caravan SE 3.3L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 135,000 miles

My 2000 dodge grand caravan se intermittent wiper switch will not work when the engine is running, but when I switch the ignition to accessory the intermittent switch will work.

Any clues as to what the problem may be. Feed back would be great!
