After last service to have rotors replaced, took 3000 mile road trip from Florida up to New York and back with many stops. At end of trip, felt slight pulsation again. Ignored until it progressively got worse. Now pulsation is back in force and found what appears to be pad damage to driver front rotor. Taking in for diagnosis 4/20/15. Constant issues since purchase 12/20/2011

After taking this car in twice for the same problem, they admitted the rotors are warped and need to be resurfaced or replaced at my expense. They told me the brakes are in great shape, however, the rotors warped from being heated. I don't know that much about physics but something does not sound right. Now to fix the problem at my expense.

I AM A 47 YEAR OLD FEMALE DRIVER, I HAVE NEVER HAD TO HAVE ROTORS RESURFACED DUE

TO WARPAGE, I DO NOT DRIVE WITH BOTH FEET, I SLOW DOWN BEFORE STOPPING. MY OTHER VEHICLE HAS 260K MILES ON IT WITH THE ORIGINAL ROTORS AND ONLY RESURFACED ROTORS ONCE DUE TO PAD REPLACEMENT. I HAD TO HAVE ROTORS RESURFACED TWICE ON THIS VEHICLE AND THEY NEED TO BE RESURFACED AGAIN. CALLED DODGE FOR ASSISTANCE IN HAVING ROTORS ONLY REPLACED AS BRAKE PADS DURING INSPECTION ARE FINE. NO GLAZING, NO HEAT CRACKS, ETC.

I WORK AT A GMC/TOYOTA DEALER IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I WAS LOOKING TO TRADE THIS ONE IN COMING THIS SUMMER ON A 2014 CHALLENGER BUT AFTER HAVING NO HELP FROM DODGE WITH BRAKE ISSUE, I WILL BE TRADING IN FOR A 2014 CAMARO, AT LEAST I CAN PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL MY REP WITH GM AND GET ANYTHING FIXED. DON'T GET ME WRONG I LOVE MY CAR BUT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO HAVE THE ROTORS RESURFACED EVERY 4K TO 5K MILES. SO PISSED WITH DODGE .
