problem #1

Oct 092015

Challenger RT 5.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 3,500 miles

slow to accelerate it was fixed in 2015/NOV by reprogramming the computer, it was fine till 2016/MAR the problem reappears again and i took it to the dealer they claim it needs to be reprogrammed again, i was arguing it needs a permanent fix not just for a few month which is time consuming, the dealer refuses to give me what has been done to fix the problem previously, my friend had the same problem of his 2015 challenger and its been reprogrammed twice with the same dealer, i guess there is a problem and the dealer alibi by just updating the software every times the problem occurs, we needs the manufacturer input to this case.
