Increasing smell of gas (Interior & exterior) over the last 3 months, after a fill up

now, the entire garage is full of gas fumes after a fill-up

called FCA - no warranty, no assistance offered

Dealer wants the car in at 1/4 tank (no issues at a 1/4 tank)

I have two 2013's and both are having the same issue but the other one is not as bad yet.

I own a 2013 Dodge Charger and I took my car to get an oil change and couple of days after that my car started smelling like gas and it is a very loud smell, it has been making me sick. I will be taking it to the dealership on Friday morning. My car was under my garage and I could smell gas in my house - that is dangerous. Don’t know what the outcome will be but I hope it was not be very expensive.. if anyone has a solution please let me know..

Everytime I put gas in my car I have a bad gas smell inside of the cabin and it is really annoying. I don't know whats really going on but this shouldn't be happening. I would like to know if anyone else is having the same problem.

Update from Dec 29, 2018: the smell happens when you fill the car up. I have been reading on a lot of the cars doing the same thing... this needs to be address by the car dealership because it shouldn't be so many complaints against this.

Had the car 2 years now, the vehicle hit about 72,000 when I took it to Dodge for smelling fuel in the cabin, my kids were getting sick and kept complaining of headaches, I have 3 little ones. Dodge said the gas tank may be cracked on top but after dropping the tank they said it was a cracked fuel pump and replaced it. when I picked up the vehicle it still smelled like gas but figured it would go away. filled up my tank 3 days later and started smelling gas real bad again, removed back seat of driver side and seen a puddle of gas on the fuel pump, took it to dodge this morning where they tried telling me the smell was normal for the job they did until I told him I lifted the seat and seen the puddle of gas, he said it looked a bit wet or damp and may be that the fuel pump cracked again within 3 days "WTF" yeah right!!! Dodge will be calling me by the end of the day to see whats going on, my extended warranty only has 10miles left, I hope they fix the real problem today. this is my 3rd time leaving my car at dodge this month January 2017.
